“FEAR IS THE MIND-KILLER. Fear is the little-death thing that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone and past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.” – Frank Herbert, Dune
More about Julianne Kepley
Julianne was a professional ballet dance for 20 years. She was a soloist at the San Francisco Ballet, as well as a principal dancer for the Atlanta Ballet, Joffrey Ballet and Milwaukee Ballet. She first became interested in PT as a teenage dancer, when she was treated for patellar tendonitis. Years later, she tore her ACL and spent 11 months in PT at Active Care. During this time, Julianne became fascinated not only with her own healing process, but also that of the other patients. Today, she particularly enjoys educating others about bodies and how to exercise in a smart way. The small individual victories, are the most rewarding for her.
